The Rock series is Rock Island Armory’s most well-optioned line of 1911 pistols built in the traditional 70 series design with the addition of next level upgrades. Like all Rock Island 1911s, each is built using 4140 ordnance steel on the industry’s best CNC machines while being hand-fitted and tested to strict tolerance guidelines for unmatched quality and value.
The Rock Standard FS 2-Tone is built with a 5″ button rifled barrel supported by a full length guide rod. Smooth-angled, snag-free style allows for quick draw in fast need situations. Includes a low profile angled rear sight along with skeletonized hammer and trigger with adjustable over travel stop and ambidextrous safety. Built in a 2-tone blasted nickel finish on the frame and parkerized finish on the slide offers a custom-design aspect and comes with checkered rubber grips. True to all Rock Island 1911s, the Rock Standard comes with a crisp, factory 1.36 kg – 1.81 kg trigger to give you a great experience right out of the box.
